API Threads
All rotary shoulder connections are machined to exacting specifications as per latest API spec 7-2 & DS1 editions.
We carry API traceable gauges for connections below.

All connections are gauged & inspected to meet the relevant standard. All critical dimensions are recorded on a data log and presented as part of a QA package & certificate of conformance.
Manufacture
All rotary cross over subs, swages, circulation subs, lift subs, lifting nubbins, are manufactured using material that meets the requirements of API spec 7-1.
We stock 4140, 4145H, in sizes 92mm, 106mm, 116mm, 130mm, 170mm
All material is fully traceable to serial numbers stamped on each manufactured item.
Material certificates are supplied as part of a QA package & certificate of conformance.
Thread Surface Treatment
All carbon steel rotary shoulder connections are treated with Zinc phosphate coating, for corrosion and galling protection
All non-magnetic / stainless steel rotary shoulder connections are glass bead blasted, for galling protection
Drill Pipe Straigntening
Drill pipe straightening up to 5-1/2″ OD
Drill collar straightening up to 4-3/4″ OD
Break Out Machine
Break out and make up tools with an NOV torque master BOM,
14″ capacity, Maximum make up torque 150,000 ft/lbs, Maximum Break out torque 190,000 ft/lbs

Fishing Tools
We also offer fishing tool repair and manufacture, Redressing Crushed carbide on junk mills, manufacture of junk mills, manufacture of wash pipe burn shoes, manufacture of junk basket subs, custom tools for fishing, etc.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
We also offer hydrostatic pressure testing services up to 7500 PSI, results are logged using a Digital Pressure Gauge, results are presented on a conformance certificate together with the pressure test graph.
